2022 SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS PROGRAM

The Yorktown Chamber of Commerce is seeking donations from local businesses in support of its annual Scholarship Awards Program.

We will be accepting applications from any 2022 college bound high school senior who is (i) a

child or grandchild of a Yorktown Chamber of Commerce Member, or (ii) lives in The Town of

Yorktown, or (iii) is enrolled at Yorktown High School, Lakeland High School, or Walter Panas

High School.

Please support the future of business by contributing to this important program. Just complete

this form and mail it to the Chamber office along with your donation. All those who donate at

least $100.00 will be invited to attend the awards dinner in July as guests of the Chamber of

Commerce inn July, venue TBA.
